This is a daily practice that helps keep us centered and focused in our busy lives so that we might be able to prepare foods with our most sacred and unique ingredient…LOVE…Think about your favorite meals growing up and why you enjoyed them so much. Mine were always ones my mom made that just felt like she had poured her love into. I remember coming home from school and the first question I would ask is what’s for dinner? I would then get so excited if I knew it was one of my favorites like “taco night” or my mom’s famous chili or meatballs. These are special memories and can only be made in our own families with the awareness that these traditions start early and carry on to the next generation. There is nothing better than a home cooked meal filled with your love…So moms & dads…What’s for dinner?
